MRC Amsterdam Call for Speakers

We appreciate your interest in presenting at MRC Amsterdam. First time and experienced speakers are encouraged to apply by completing the form below. Our Platinum events provide a terrific venue to share best practices and lessons learned with fellow fraud and payments professionals. An onsite consultant will be available to all speakers.

For Merchant presenters, event registration is complimentary. Solution Provider presenters will receive a registration discount. We encourage all Solution Provider presenters to partner with a merchant for your talk. It is a great opportunity to invite your customer to an MRC event and for them to share their expertise with other merchants.

Please note MRC Amsterdam is a member-only Platinum event, and all speakers' companies are required to have a current membership at the time of the conference. If your company is not yet a member, find more about MRC membership here.

Based on member feedback, we are seeking presenters to speak on the topics listed below in Fraud, Payments, and Security/Law Enforcement. Topics in bold text are particular areas of focus for MRC Amsterdam. We also welcome speaking proposals which do not directly correspond to any of the suggested topics noted below.

10 Tips for a Successful Submission

  1. Tailor your content to experienced/advanced users
  2. Ensure there is no marketing in your content
  3. For solution providers, priority will be given to submissions that include a merchant as a co-presenter
  4. Priority will be given to submissions that incorporate real-world applications or case studies
  5. Describe how this session is relevant to merchants
  6. Feature content that is new, unique, or significantly refreshed from a previous presentation
  7. Historically, sessions with strong live demos receive higher audience scores
  8. Include key takeaways -- what actionable information can attendees bring back from this session?
  9. Showcase your speaking experience
  10. Write a descriptive, fun, and enticing title

Submissions must be received by Wednesday, 28 June in order to be considered. If your speaking proposal is selected, presentation decks are due by Friday, 1 September. If your final deck is not received by the close of business on this date, your session will be removed from the conference agenda and replaced with an alternate session. Please note no exceptions will be made to this deadline.
