The Fraud and Payments Manager at River Island will be responsible for talent development and performance for a team of Fraud Analysts and Administrators. The person in this position must also lead and support key fraud and payments initiatives and projects, and liaise regularly with external fraud and payments partners to ensure the company is receiving maximum value. This position reports to the Global Fraud and Payments Manager at River Island; while typically a Monday to Friday daytime position, weekends or work outside of standard business hours may be required to support the team, which covers a 7-day per week operation.
