Mitchell Young -- Neustar; Kelsey Blakely -- Square

Presentation

In recent years, data breaches have skyrocketed, both in terms of frequency and in the number of consumers impacted. This presentation examines the challenge of verifying whether someone is truly who they say they are, then discusses the benefits of using specific data points which cannot be spoofed as a means of helping confirm a user's identity. Square then shares how using these attributes has helped them improve the accuracy of their models and reduce false positives.
