Now that the Strong Customer Authentication provisions of the Payment Services Directive, PSD2, have taken effect, it is worth re-examining what is and what is not subject to SCA. This webinar recaps which types of transactions are out of scope and which are exempt from SCA altogether, then looks at how 3DS Secure and SCA are being addressed in key eCommerce markets outside of Europe.

Types of fraud prevention systems which are payment-agnostic are addressed next, followed by a brief analysis of machine learning models which use no payment data. The broadcast concludes with a detailed Q&A session.
