Fraud teams develop based on the practical need to reduce fraud losses. A lot of it is also driven by the skills of the fraudsters attacking the system. We are walking you through our development from the early stages where the rules were scattered in the code to our current solution involving machine learning and automated anomaly detection.  The journey has not always been a smooth ride and we have many interesting examples and learnings to share.
